It is our vision to equip those who desire to serve our Lord, Jesus Christ and His Church. We do this by offering programmes that are Christ-Centered, Context-Relevant and  Church-Oriented. All our programmes are mentor-assisted and student-oriented.

Kairos Center for Theological and Leadership functions in collaboration with Southern Asia Bible College, Bangalore and therefore has membership in the following Association:

• Asia Theological Association (ATA) by being a center of Global School of Open Learning, Bangalore for its B.Th. and M.Div. programs which is an ATA accredited College.
• The Assemblies of God Association for Theological Education in Southern Asia. (AGATESA)
• KCTL is endorsed by the Assemblies of God of India as a recognized theological institution.

GOALS

The minimum credit per hour for Dip.Th is 80, for Bth is a 90 credit hour  and for  M.Div. is a 97 credit hour program designed to provide an in-depth biblical and practical preparation for those desiring to minister in churches or Para-Church organizations, whether in India or beyond. The program is focused upon Bible and ministry. Attention is given to courses in Bible analysis, biblical and systematic theology, church history, ministry, preaching, and a user-friendly approach to the study of the biblical languages.  These programmes may be completed in a minimum duration of 3 years.
